Very nice tool. I’ve been working through a number of scenarios. There is a scenario that combines some of the options (in which case a need for selecting more than one option on a screen rather than going through the journey twice and speaking to 2 sets of DWP departments). The scenario I was thinking of is as follows: As a claimant I need to know how much I owe in total. Once I know this I may want to make a one off payment. The first part is Universal Credit the 2nd part is Debt Management.
